Gov. Cooper signs NC Medicaid law amid applause and bi-partisan support

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Gov. Roy Cooper signed into regulation a invoice Monday that will broaden Medicaid coverage to hundreds of thousands of people today in North Carolina.

Legislative leaders from both of those events joined Gov. Cooper outdoors the Government Mansion as he signed the bill into regulation late Monday afternoon.
