I am very excited to share my recipe with everyone.  If you love Cinnamon Rolls you will love these pancakes.  Each Pancake is only 80-120 calories , full of protein and good complex carbs.

Nutritional Facts (without Icing)

*Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancake Recipe (makes 6-10)

*Calories per (70-100 cals), Protein per (10-16 grams), Carbs per (5-10 grams)

Cinnamon Roll Pancake Recipe

1 Cup Oatmeal

8 egg whites (1 cup)

Cinnamon (add the amount you desire)

Molly Mcbutter- Butter sprinkles (add the amount you desire)

2 scoops of Magnum Quattto Cinnamon Toasted Cereal or Soft Serve Vanilla Ice Cream Quattto (use promo code HITCHFIT to save 15%)

Blend all ingredients in blender, let sit for a couple of min. while your skillet or pan heats up. Set heat to low/medium.

Optional Low Sugar Icing Recipe- add another 20-40 calories per cake

8oz- fat free cream cheese

8oz- sugar free cool whip

3/4 cup skim milk or unsweet almond milk

Sugar free vanilla pudding
